I’m so excited about my first event of 2011 tonight, a fabulous Sweet 16 Party at the Halcyon House in Georgetown.  We’re transforming the studio into a Winter Wonderland with the help of Capital Décor where guests can dance the night away to some super cool tunes courtesy of Dan Goldman at Bialeks, and enjoy a delicious Hot Chocolate Bar with all sorts of yummy dipping items and toppings and other winter-themed treats provided by the incredible Well Dunn.  The birthday girl will blow out the candles on a beautiful tiered, snowflake-patterned ice cream cake custom designed by Kendall’s Cakes.  I will post photos after the event, but here’s the inspiration board I put together when we first started planning.
